Bold Vase Design
The Sumo vase by 101 Copenhagen is an extravagant piece. The shapes of the various versions bear only a distant resemblance to the classic flower vase. Of course, flowers or dried shrubs can be placed inside, but it is precisely the dynamic shapes—reminiscent of the bulk of a sumo wrestler (hence the name)—that reinvent this beautiful decorative element. The geometry of a heart or an apple could also be interpretations of the design by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl.High-Quality Materials
The Sumo vase is made of high-quality ceramic. Due to the special manufacturing process, complete watertightness cannot be guaranteed. The vase is available in various colors and sizes, with subtle differences noticeable between the different sizes.
